I just discovered your Big Slice Apple Sauce and I love it. The whole family loves it! I claim a whole jar at a time and use a long iced tea spoon and eat it from the jar just like a kid! (I'm 64 years old!) I also like putting some into the hole of half an avocado then eat it with a spoon along with a bite of the avocado. My lady friend also tried it, so I gave her two of my jars. Now, you should know I am probably one of the most scrutinizing of consumers because I maintain high standards when it comes to ingesting any food product, yet taste is equally important. I am writing you today as I've just hit the bottom of your Mushroom Herb Sauce and hope to locate more on the local store shelves. Your sauce is SO GOOD that I plan to keep it on hand for most any occasion. It's great for everyday consumption - (I just used it in my breakfast dish) and I would feel proud to serve to any culinary guest. To continue, your selection and blend of ingredients make for a scrumptious combination. Your mushrooms are surprisingly well sized, proportioned, and especially fresh for any jarred sauce. The Burgundy Wine is a special touch that adds a gourmet aroma and taste, yet the sauce is so unpretentious and simple it really feels like Grandma Hoerner made it from scratch right here in my kitchen. Oh, and the wonderful old-fashioned Mason jar is delightful. I aim to buy and use glass storage and cooking containers for reasons such as health, taste, and reusability.
